You can also sprinkle them on salads, eggs, sauces, and pancakes among a plethora of other foods.

You should avoid exposing flaxseeds to air, temperature, and light for extended periods, as this will cause them to oxidize or degrade. Instead, always store foods containing flaxseed in the refrigerator in a watertight container.
